Das BVL setzt eine EU-Durchführungsverordnung um, die ab dem 1.12.2013 das Inverkehrbringen von Saatgutarten, die mit Clothianidin, Imidacloprid oder Thiamethoxam behandelt wurden, verbietet, wenn das Saatgut nicht in Gewächshäusern verwendet wird.
